2. Scope & Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Horavo website and any purchase made through it. By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract to place an order. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
4. Products & Information
We aim to display product information accurately. However:

product images may differ slightly due to lighting and screen settings,

minor variations may occur between batches without affecting core function.
5. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout.

Obvious errors (including typographical or pricing mistakes) do not bind Horavo. We may cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.
6. Orders & Contract Formation
A contract is formed when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation and/or dispatching the goods. Horavo may refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorized payment activity.
7. Payment
Payments are processed via the payment methods shown at checkout. Horavo does not store full payment card details.
8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed on business days.

Estimated delivery time is shown on the product page and/or at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, peak periods, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties/taxes/handling fees may apply and are generally the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
9. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
9.1 EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal (Legal Minimum)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA and you purchase online, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason. After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the goods.
9.2 Horavo 30-Day Returns (Additional)
In addition to your statutory rights, Horavo offers a 30-day return option from delivery date, provided that the watch is:
-
unused, unworn, and in original condition,
-
returned with all original contents (box, manuals, tags, extra links, protective materials),
-
free from wear, scratches, damage, resizing marks, or signs of use.
You may inspect the item as you would in a store. If the item is used beyond what is necessary for inspection, Horavo may reduce the refund to account for diminished value, as permitted by law.
9.3 Return Requests & Costs
To request a return, email horavowatches@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions.
Unless the product is defective on arrival or we shipped the wrong item:
-
return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and
-
the customer is responsible for the item until it is received by Horavo (use tracked shipping).
9.4 Refunds
Where a refund is due, we refund using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide proof of return shipment (whichever occurs first), as permitted by law.
10. Warranty (Included in These Terms)
10.1 Statutory Consumer Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including your right to receive goods that conform to the contract.
10.2 Horavo 2-Year Movement Warranty
Horavo provides a 2-year commercial warranty on the watch movement (“movement”) starting from the delivery date.
If the movement fails due to a manufacturing defect under normal use during the warranty period, Horavo will, at its discretion:
-
repair the movement, or
-
replace the watch (or provide an equivalent model), or
-
refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible or reasonable.
10.3 What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
-
normal wear and tear (including strap/bracelet wear, scratches, coating wear, cosmetic aging),
-
batteries (for quartz watches) and other consumables,
-
accidental damage, drops, impact, misuse, neglect, or improper storage,
-
water damage caused by misuse (e.g., crown not secured, use beyond rated water resistance),
-
damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or servicing not approved by Horavo,
-
damage caused by external factors (chemicals, extreme conditions, improper cleaning).
10.4 Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, contact [support@horavo.xxx] with:
-
your order number,
-
a description of the issue,
-
photos/videos if available.
If inspection is required, we will provide instructions for sending the watch to our service address. If the claim is accepted, we will inform you of the chosen remedy (repair/replacement/refund).
11. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
If you believe a transaction is unauthorized or incorrect, contact us first at [support@horavo.xxx] so we can help. Horavo may suspend orders or accounts in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law (e.g., intent or gross negligence where applicable).
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Horavo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses,
-
Horavo is not liable for damage arising from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear.
13. Force Majeure
Horavo is not responsible for delay or failure to perform due to events outside our reasonable control (carrier disruptions, customs delays, strikes, natural events, government actions, or major technical failures). We will make reasonable efforts to inform you and provide an appropriate solution.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Horavo website (including text, images, logos, and designs) is owned by Horavo or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Changes apply from the date they are posted.
16. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

Warranty (Standalone Page) — Horavo (Optional)

Horavo provides a 2-year warranty on the watch movement (“movement”) from the delivery date. If the movement fails due to a manufacturing defect under normal use during the warranty period, Horavo will, at its discretion, repair the movement, replace the watch (or provide an equivalent model), or refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible or reasonable.
Not covered: normal wear and tear, batteries (for quartz), accidental damage, water damage due to misuse, unauthorized repairs/modifications, chemical/extreme-condition damage.
How to claim: email [support@horavo.xxx] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/video if possible. If inspection is required, we will provide shipping instructions.
