1. Processing & shipping time

Orders are processed on business days. We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Estimated shipping time will be displayed on the product page and/or at checkout once confirmed. 

2. Shipping fees

Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout and may vary by destination and order size.

3. Tracking

Where available, we provide tracking details once your order is dispatched.

4. Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to carriers, peak periods, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. We will do our best to keep you informed.

5. Customs, duties & taxes (outside the EU)

For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties/taxes/handling fees may apply and are usually the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

6. Incorrect address / uncollected parcels

If you provide an incorrect address or do not collect the parcel, additional reshipping/return costs may apply.

7. Damaged or missing deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
