Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA and you purchase online, you have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

After you notify us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the product.

2. Horavo 30-Day Returns (additional)

In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, Horavo offers a 30-day return option from the delivery date, provided that:

  • the watch is unused, unworn, and in original condition,

  • all original packaging and items are included (box, manuals, tags, extra links, protective films if applicable),

  • there are no signs of wear, damage, resizing marks, scratches, or misuse.

Assessment rule: You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used beyond what’s necessary to inspect it, we may apply a deduction for diminished value.

3. Non-returnable items

Unless required by law, we may refuse returns for:

  • personalized/customized products (e.g., engraving),

  • gift cards (if offered),

  • items returned in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale.

4. How to start a return

Email us at horavowatches@gmail.com with:

  • your full name

  • order number

  • item(s) you want to return

  • reason (optional)

We will provide return instructions.

5. Return shipping costs & risk

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective on arrival or we shipped the wrong item.

  • You are responsible for the package until it arrives at our return address. Use a tracked shipping method.

6. Refunds

If your return is accepted, we refund the purchase price. Where legally required, we also refund the original standard shipping cost.

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you provide proof of return shipment (whichever comes first), as allowed by law.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact us at horavowatches@gmail.com to arrange an exchange. Additional shipping costs may apply.
